YOU'VE SOLVED TRAFFIC...

But revenue just isn't adding up

Most brands at $2-5M have already cracked the code on driving traffic.

But the numbers just don't line up with conversions and revenue...

  • "We're getting tons of traffic, but conversions are really low."

  • "Most of our first-time customers never come back, and we don't know why."

  • "We have nurture sequences in place, I think..."

  • "We're running experiments, but nothing seems to stick."

  • "It feels like we're leaving money on the table, but only the internet gods know where."

Frustrated female business owner taking notes while analyzing why her email flows and customer journey aren't converting traffic into consistent revenue.

The truth is, you're dumping $$ into ads for more or better traffic while your hard-won leads and customers ghost you.

What good is more traffic if it's not converting to revenue reliably?

You desperately need to get more RoI from the traffic you're already paying for, but you don't even know where to start...

THE GOOD NEWS?

A conversion funnel audit is how you stop guessing and finally connect the dots between traffic and revenue.

INTRODUCING: THE REVENUE LEAK AUDIT + ROADMAP

Find the gaps quietly costing you $$ in less than 2 weeks!

The Revenue Leak Audit + Roadmap uncovers where your customers are getting bored, where money is being lost, and gives you a step-by-step roadmap to fix it.

This isn't just a surface-level band-aid or a copy/paste funnel in disguise.

And it’s definitely not some dusty template pack.

It's a brutally honest look under the hood of your customer experience: A complete conversion funnel audit and customer journey audit, delivered in just 2 weeks.

WHAT GETS AUDITED:

Messaging + Positioning:

Is what you're saying and how you're saying it aligned with your brand and what your ideal client resonates with across all touchpoints?

Email Systems + Flows:

What flows exist, what's missing, and how healthy is the overall communication system supporting and reporting on your sequences?

Funnel

Architecture:

What happens when a new lead enters your funnel, and how do they move through the typical buying process?

Retention + LTV Mechanics:

What programs do you have in place to keep customers engaged after their first purchase, recover abandoned carts, or minimize churn?

WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE:

  • DAY 0: Intro Call + Alignment

We make sure we're the right fit for each other—and that the roadmap maps to your actual business—before a single thing gets built.

  • Days 1–2: Intake & Access

You hand over access to your entire funnel—questionnaire, platform access, and business context—so the audit can go as deep as it needs to.

  • Days 3–7: Audit & Analysis

All four systems go under the microscope: messaging and positioning, email flows, funnel architecture, and retention mechanics.

  • Days 8–11: Deliverables Build

Your findings get turned into three working documents: the Lifecycle Map, the Revenue Leak Report, and your 90-Day Roadmap.

  • Days 12–13: Internal Review

Recommendations get pressure-tested and sequenced by revenue impact, instead of personal preference or alphabetical order.

  • Day 14: Roadmap Review Session

We walk through everything LIVE, in a real working session where the gaps and the plan finally click into place.

WHAT YOU WALK AWAY WITH:

  • The Ideal Lifecycle Map: A detailed visual diagram of the ideal customer journey, complete with all touchpoints, gaps, drop-off points, and opportunities mapped.

  • The Revenue Leak Report: A written breakdown of exactly where money is being lost in your current system and a clear reason why.

  • The 90-Day Roadmap: A prioritized action plan for what to fix first, what to build next, and what to defer for maximum impact across your entire customer journey.

THE INVESTMENT:

Be honest, what's a leak actually costing you every month?

For most $2–5M brands, it's probably five figures (or more). That’s money just quietly draining out the back while you pour more into ads to 'replace' it.

The Revenue Leak Audit + Roadmap is $2,500.

That’s roughly a day or two of what you're already spending on traffic, except this finds where that traffic is leaking instead of just adding more on top.

Here’s how it works: Just $250 books your 60-minute Diagnostic call and saves your spot on my calendar. Then, if we both agree it's a fit on that call, you pay the $2,250 balance, and we dive right in. If it's not, you walk away. No balance. No hard feelings. $2,500 total, and you risk $250 to find out if it's a good fit.

THE ACTUAL COST:

Cost of the audit:

  • Pay $2,500 once (~2 days of ad spend).

  • Risk only $250 with unlimited upside.

  • One updated flow can recover $2,500+.

  • Same budget. More revenue.

Cost of doing nothing:

  • Paying 2-3x per click in ad budget.

  • Leaking ~$25k each and every month.

  • Approx. $360K/year in lost LTV.

  • Scaling now will multiply the $$ leak.

YOU'RE A PERFECT FIT IF:

  • You already generate $2-5M/year from digital products, coaching, or consulting.

  • You’ve got proven premium offers… but inconsistent results.

  • You’ve outgrown the current system supporting your customer experience.

  • You want a true partner to support scaling your business more efficiently.

YOU'RE A NOT A FIT IF:

  • You’re just getting started and don't have a proven offer or funnel.

  • You're not already investing in marketing.

  • You’re not ready to invest in long-term growth.

  • You still want to write your own emails or micromanage the process.

GET STARTED:

Ready to stop running a multi-million-dollar business

on a dollar-store system?

If you want your customer journey to work for you—not drain your energy—let’s build the system that makes it happen.

Still have Q's? I've got A's....

What exactly is a conversion funnel audit?

A conversion funnel audit is a structured review of your existing funnel and the full customer journey—from how leads enter your funnel to what happens after they buy. It covers email flows, funnel architecture, messaging consistency, and retention mechanics to identify exactly where revenue is being lost and what to prioritize first to fix it.

What's the difference between a conversion funnel audit and a customer journey audit?

They're pretty closely related, and I cover both. A conversion funnel audit focuses on the specific paths a lead takes from awareness to purchase and identifies where they drop off and why.

A customer journey audit zooms out a bit further, mapping every touchpoint a customer has with your brand from first click to repeat buyer. This audit covers both, giving you a complete picture of where revenue is leaking and what to do about it.

What's actually included in the Audit?

This isn't a checklist review or a generic report. I go deep on four interconnected systems —messaging and positioning, email flows, funnel architecture, and retention mechanics. Together, they give me the full picture of where your funnel is underperforming and why.

How long does it take?

Two weeks, start to finish. The timeline kicks off the day I receive your completed intake form and platform access—so the sooner you get me the keys, the sooner we get started.

What do I actually get at the end?

At the end, you get three working documents designed to be a step-by-step roadmap for what to fix first, what to build next, and what to defer—prioritized by impact, not guesswork.

Do I have to commit to anything else after the Audit?

Nope. The Audit is a standalone engagement with standalone value. You can take the Roadmap and act on it internally, hand it to your team, or use it as the brief for a future Buildout with me.

I already have email flows set up. Do I still need this?

Every lifecycle situation is different, but it's a safe bet that some flows were built, never truly worked, and haven't been revisited. They're triggering on outdated logic, missing key conversion moments, and leaving revenue on the table every single day.

The Audit will tell you exactly what's working, what's broken, and what's just sitting there doing nothing. If your flows are already dialed in, I'll tell you that too.

I’m focused on traffic growth right now. Is this the right time?

Traffic growth without conversion means you're spending more to earn the same. A better customer journey system multiplies the traffic you're already paying for. Exponentially.

If you're about to scale acquisition, there's no better time to make sure the backend can actually convert it.

I already have someone internal managing my email. Is this still useful?

Yep! The Audit gives your internal team a clear framework to build from, instead of managing tactics in a vacuum. I work alongside internal teams all the time, either by building the strategy they execute against or by identifying gaps they haven't had the outside perspective to catch.

Will I work directly with you or get handed off to someone else?

You work directly with me from day one. There are no junior team members, no account managers relaying messages back and forth, and no handoffs. I do the audit, I build the deliverables, and I lead the Review Session. That's the whole point.

Is my business the right fit for this?

The Audit is built for founders and marketing leaders at established service businesses—typically $2M–$5M in revenue—who are already driving consistent traffic and have some email infrastructure in place, but know something in the backend isn't performing the way it should.

If you're pre-revenue or just getting started, this probably isn't the right next step. If you have a dedicated in-house lifecycle team and mature attribution data, you probably won't need the diagnostic—you need someone to help you build it.

What do you need from me to get started?

Two things: a completed intake form and read-only access to your relevant platforms—email, analytics, funnel builder, and your CRM, if applicable.

The intake form covers your traffic, revenue, offers, goals, and known pain points. The more detailed your answers, the deeper and more specific your Audit will be. I'll send everything you need once the engagement is confirmed.

Why $2,500? Is this worth it?

The better question is: what's your current system costing you every month?

For most businesses at this stage, a conversion funnel audit pays for itself. This isn't a feel-good exercise—it's a diagnostic built to find money that's already being left on the table and give you a clear plan to stop losing it.

Just $250 saves your spot on my calendar and initiates the 60-minute Diagnostic call. If, after that call, we both decide this is still the right fit, you'll receive a link to pay the balance, along with welcome and onboarding instructions.

No BS lifecycle + retention marketing support for coaches, consultants, and course creators.
