You'll receive a link to a Google Form in your inbox shortly. Please make sure to complete it before your call. This will help me understand more about your business and your customer journey.

Prepare for your intro call:

Come to the call knowing what you're aiming for with the audit and, if possible, bring relevant metrics that can show me more about your current situation. Like average churn rates, sequence click rates, attributable revenue, etc.

Get ready to be uncomfortable:

We’ll be digging deep into the WHY behind your journey, the structure you do have, and your customer’s perception. It could get a little…uncomfy. Especially if you’ve never talked through these things with an outside perspective.

Be punctual and honest:

Please be sure to be on time for our call and bring a willingness to be open and honest with me, even if the questions are hard.
